Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces: Clean and organize common areas, including tables, floors, and break areas, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment. Window cleaning: Wash windows and glass surfaces to keep the facility bright and inviting. Donation sorting: Receive, sort, and organize incoming donations by category, condition, or expiration date. Clerical support: Assist with basic administrative or clerical tasks such as filing, or organizing paperwork as needed.Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs. If you are interested in hosting a drive please sign up to this volunteer Opportunity. We encourage you to use the flyer attached to this opportunity to help promote the drive and get the word out. If you need help or would like to connect to discuss your drive further please reach out to ServeAsNeighbors@colscss.org The items that are most needed by the pantry are: Dry Goods: Rice (1lb bag), Dry Beans (1lb bag black or pinto), Cooking Oil, Sugar, Salt, Spaghetti Canned Goods: Tuna in water, Vegetables, Fruits, Tomato Sauce, Condensed Milk, Evaporated Milk Personal Care Items: Detergent (dishwashing/laundry), Bar Soap, Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Cleaning Supplies Once your food or hygiene drive is completed we ask that you bag or box up the items collected and deliver them to the Our Lady of Guadalupe Center located at 3631 Soldano Blvd., Columbus, OH 43228.
