General Duties:
- Remove and inspect food items: Take all food items off the shelves, check for expiration dates, and safely dispose of any expired or damaged products.
- Clean and sanitize storage areas: Wipe down and disinfect all shelves, refrigerators, and other food storage areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces: Clean and organize common areas, including tables, floors, and break areas, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Window cleaning: Wash windows and glass surfaces to keep the facility bright and inviting.
- Donation sorting: Receive, sort, and organize incoming donations by category, condition, or expiration date.
- Clerical support: Assist with basic administrative or clerical tasks such as filing, or organizing paperwork as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Must wear closed toe shoes.
