Join us to provide Guest Hospitality to the clients attending the Our Lady of Guadalupe Center Free Clinic. Free clinic is provided through the generosity of the new Order of Malta doctors and staff. This opportunity will allow you to support our clients and to serve your neighbor.
Requirements for this volunteer opportunity include but are not limited to the following: Must be 21 or older, Bilingual (English/ Spanish).
Role Description
Hospitality volunteers are the first point of contact for patients. They create a welcoming environment and assist with clinic flow, intake, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with patient check-in and intake process
- Help patients complete medical and registration forms
- Direct patients through clinic flow (waiting, exam rooms, etc.)
- Provide general support to staff and providers as needed
- Answer basic questions and help ensure a smooth experience
Requirements
- Friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to assist individuals with varying levels of literacy or comfort with forms
- Completion of:

- Available for other roles during clinic hours
